About Elle

I was originally taught to crochet by my grandmother when I was in grade school but I never got beyond chaining and single crochet. In 2007, I relearned to crochet and this time it stuck.

I’ve crocheted a wide variety of items from dishwashing scrubbies to queen size afghans, fingerless gloves to cowl neck sweaters. Now I am to the point that I feel comfortable creating patterns for what I need when I can’t find a pattern.

So I have decided to share them with you.

I’ve also learned to knit and I think that soon I’ll start to add knit patterns to my repertoire as soon as I find the time.  I’m a married mother of two with a full time job.  I write fiction and stamp handmade cards as well.
